Method: After received a new white enamel pot
                 Firstly, put a thin layer of edible oil on its black edge. 
                 Then add a half pot of water. And heat the pot to boil.
                 After few minutes, turn off the fire and wait it cool and 
                 pour out the water. At last, wipe it dry with a rag. 

When cooking with open flame, please heat the pot with low flame for 2~3 minutes before cooking
(except braise soup). After that, set the fire to medium heat. (Note:  do not cook with a high flame. )
Cast iron cookwares are very good at heat conduction and heat storage, so high flame is unnecessary.
For example, when you are making a soap. Suppose there is sufficient water in the pot, 
you just need low flame to keep the soap boiling until dryout.

Be careful with the hot handle of the pot.
When cooking with open flame, be sure to keep its bottom clean, otherwise, 
the stain on the bottom may be fused into the enamel layer, which will cause the bottom look dirty.

Do not rinse the hot pot directly with cold water or put it into refrigerator immediately.
A sudden flash of heat or cold may damage the enamel layer.
Do not scratch the enamel layer with sharp metal objects or wire brushes 
*You should pay an attention to the use of limited edition, and must be careful to any scrape.
For the hardness of gold is very soft, and any materials with hardness higher than gold can cause
 damage when they scrape the gold surface. For example, using a knife repeatedly to scratch the 
same place will lead to the gold layer hanging down. This kind of damage is not included in the warranty.
Be careful hard knock or falling which will cause damage to enamel layer. Enameled cast iron pot is very
different from traditional pot and stainless steel pot, please refer to the relevant cooking recipes.
