Burger:
Burger bread, cut into two pieces

Handmade mayonnaise:
·Egg yolk 5 ·Honey 1 tablespoon
Yellow mustard
1 tablespoon
Yellow lemon
·
Sunflower seed oil
1/2 tsp



Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the eggs in the bowl and stir well. Brush the egg on the bread surface, put the bread into the oven bake 3 minutes to fully color the bread surface.

. Take a mixing bowl, add minced meat, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese and seasoned with salt and black pepper.  Thoroughly mixed so that the minced meat is evenly divided into 2 portions to make a patty of 9 cm in diameter.
3. Preheat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. When the olive oil reaches medium or high temperature and slightly smoke, put the patty fry until the colored. That will spend about 1.5 minutes on each side, then move into the oven and continue to heat for 7-10 minutes. Take out and cool for 3 minutes.
4. Make burgers. First, the mayonnaise spread evenly on the inside of the bread. The combined hamburger bottom-up order: bread bottom, mayonnaise, pickled cucumber slices, lettuce, hamburger meat, caramel onion, eggplant, bread top. Finally you can enjoy it.
