Gold shining pumpkin soup

Ingredients: half of medium pumpkin about 250g, celery 50g, carrot 50g
Seasoning: light cream 50ml, salt 1g, maple sugar 20ml, mint 2
Decorating: dark chocolate 50g

Recipe:
1.Wash the pumpkin, carrot, celery and mint.
2.Peel the pumpkin and cut it into diced.
3.Put pumpkin in the pot, add enough water that slightly over the pumpkin.
4.Cut celery and carrot into diced.
5.Pumpkin boiled soft and stir with a spoon into a mud.
6.Pour oil in frying pan and stir fry with celery and carrot. Add salt to flavor, and boil for a few time then turn off the fire.
7.After the cooked pumpkin vegetable mud cooled to room temperature, put it Into the mixing bucket, add light cream and stir well together.
8.Pour the stirred pumpkin soup into the vessel, flavor with maple sugar after cooling.Finally, follow the  printed logo to use a water-melted chocolate liquid to decorating. 
Tips:
1.It is not recommended to just put the hot pumpkin into the mixer, too hot easy to burst cylinder.
2.Add a little salt to help a better taste.
3.If like to eat thick can add a little cream. If like to eat thinner, it can add a little more.
4.If afraid of obesity, light cream can be replaced by milk.
