Anhydrous braised pork

Ingredients:
Pork Belly Slices 700g
Spring onions (cut hob) 1/2 root
Ginger (sliced) 1
Cinnamon 1
Star anise 2
Bay leah               3
Sufu Water 2 spoons
Light Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
Dark Soy Sauce 1 spoon
Vinegar 1 spoon
Sugar 1 spoon
Dried peppers a little
Chinese prickly ash a little
Salt Appropriate amount
Recipe:  
1.Cut pork into small pieces, put spring onion, ginger,dried peppers, Chinese prickly ash, cinnamon and bay leah on the meat,
2.Add seasoning including light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sufu water, salt and sugar.
3.Cover the lid, cook with medium fire to boiled and then turn to small fire to cook for 15 minutes.
4.Open the lid, stir well, turn off the fire and then simmer for 10 minutes.
