Sweet and sour pork ribs (Oil-free and water-free)

Ingredients:  
Pork rib
Three tablespoons of light Soy Sauce
Half tablespoon of dark Soy Sauce
Four tablespoons of cooking wine
A tablespoon of aromatic vinegar
A tablespoon of white vinegar
Orange peel
Ginger
Two tablespoons of white sugar

Recipe:  
1. Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, aromatic vinegar, orange peel, white vinegar, ginger and white sugar together, and soak for a while, then you can deal with ribs.
2. Pour cold water and ribs in the pot, boil to blanch, then ladle them out and drain, during the process do not add cold water. Take a non-stick pan, fry the ribs until both sides colored without oil, because the ribs themselves will come out the oil
