Anhydrous ginger stuffy duck

Ingredients:  
Local duck 500g
Tender ginger 150g
Oenanthe stolonifera
Colored bell pepper
Six Chili
Coriander
Scallion
Soy
Dark Soy Sauce
Red wine 100ml
 Onion

Recipe:  
1. Prepare and clean all the ingredients. 
2. Add oil to the pot, fry shallots, chili and ginger slightly.
3. Add soy sauce, old soy sauce and rice wine, stir evenly, cover the lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Spread the jardiniere on the duck and simmer for 3 minutes
5. Sprinkle with scallions and cilantro before serving.
6. Finally enjoy the tender and spicy duck.

Tips:
1. Can ask the merchant help cut the duck into blocks.
2. Because the duck itself contains water, so there is no need to add water.
3. It is easy to have taste with tender ginger, it not only reduces spicy flavor, but remove the fishy.
