Anhydrous oil-free tomato stew sirloin

Ingredients:
Fresh beef sirloin 5kg 3 large tomato
Seasoning:
Beer 1 bottle or 2 tins    1 Onion
Ginger slice 6     Garlic clove 6
Star anise 1     Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 cup    Dark soy sauce 1/4 cup
Recipe:
1. Beef sirloin cut children, soaked in water for more than 30 minutes, and wash it clean. Then put it into the cold water pot, boiled with high temperature fire.
2. Remove the blood foam.
3. Put the prepared sirloin into cast iron pot and put it above the fire.
4. Pour all the liquid seasonings into the bowl, add brown sugar stir well, then pour into the sirloin.
5. Add scallion, ginger, garlic and star anise.
6. The last put diced tomatoes into the pot, the amount of liquid just over the sirloin. Cover the lid and boil with high temperature fire. After boiled, turn to minimum fire and stew for2 hours, until sirloin can be soft rotten.
Tips:
1. If you think it is more oil you can choose the sirloin with less fat.
2. To select a large ripe tomato, so flavor will rich.
3. Do not use other wine instead, just use beer.
4. Add salt based on personal taste, it is recommended to add less salt.
5 Recommended to use cast iron pan to stew, because it can better lock the authenticity taste of beef
