Anhydrous stew of pork belly

Ingredients:

Pork belly 1kg

Seasoning:

Half onion, Half pear, Garlic clove 5-6, Green onions a little, Bay leaves a few

Recipe:
1.Lay slices of pears and onions in the bottom of the pot.
2.Put the pork belly on the onions and pears.
3.Put green onion, garlic and bay leaves above the meat.
4.Cover the lid, stew with a medium fire for 10 minutes. Then turn to the small fire and simmer for 45 minutes to 50 minutes.
5.Open the lid after 55 minutes
6.Pork belly wrapped rice, and sauce can be the normal sauce that sold in Korean supermarkets.
