Fermented glutinous rice balls

Ingredients:

·Strawberry 400g
·Rice wine 400g
·Glutinous rice balls 100g
·Crystal sugar right amount
·Salt 1 tablespoon



Recipe:

1.Wash strawberry and soak in the salt water for 30 minutes.
2.Wash the soaked strawberries, remove the pedicle and cut in half.
3.Pour rice wine in the pot and add two bowl of water.
4.Cover the lid, after boiled slightly cook for a while.
5.Put in glutinous rice balls and crystal sugar.
6.Boil glutinous rice balls until it float add the strawberries.
7. Cook for a while and enjoy it.
