Borsch

Ingredients:

 Sirloin 500g, celery 1, half a onion, half a carrot, tomato 1, tomato sauce 300g

Seasoning:

 white pepper 1g, 2 bay leaves, 2 pieces of fresh thyme, 1 piece of butter, 2 scallion, 2 ginger, salt 2g

Recipe:
1. Sirloin cut into about 3cm block.
2. Cut celery, carrots and onion into small diced, and cut tomatoes in to pieces.
3. Pour water into the pot, add scallion, ginger and chopped beef, boiled beef and drain spare. 
4. Add the appropriate amount of oil in the pot, stir fry tomatoes for 2 minutes.
5. After tomatoes soft, add tomato sauce and stir fry 3 minutes.
6. Add an appropriate amount of water, over tomatoes, boiled with medium fire and the put in the boiled beef.
7. Put into the bay leaves and thyme. 
8. Cover the lid, cook with small and medium fire and simmer 40 minutes.
9. Stir fry until half cooked, add butter to melt. Add the onion to stir fry flavor then add the carrots and celery stir fry.
10. Until the beef soft, add fried vegetables to continue stew for 10-15 minutes.
Tips:
1. If like soup, you can put some more soup. Like to eat rich, you can put some less water.
2. Use tomato sauce to do this dish, not ketchup. Tomato sauce is raw, not seasoned, the taste will be more natural.
3. No fresh thyme can also be used instead by dry thyme crushed.
