Recipe:
1.Pumpkin peeled and cut into pieces and onions cut into small pieces.
2.Put butter in the pot and heat with medium fire. Stir fry onion and until butter fully cover it, add pumpkin and French broth. After boil remove the soup scale, cover the lid and heat with small fire for 15 minutes.
3.Add milk to boiled, remove the pan from the fire and crush the ingredients in the pan with a blender.
4.Pour the stirred soup to the pot and heat with a small fire to boiling. Turn off the fire, flavor it with raw cream, sugar, salt and pepper.
5.Take out pumpkin soup, sprinkle raw crean, croutons and parsley.
