Recipe:
1.Dry the glutinous rice which is soak in water overnight. Peel and chop
the carrot and mix with glutinous rice.
2.Chop the soaked mushroom and mix with pork mince, ginger and shallot.
Add egg, cooking wine, salt and corn starch to stir well.
3.Make the meat become the small ball, roll in the glutinous rice and
then put in the plate.
4.Put the water and steam rack in the pot. After boiling, put the plate
on the steam rack and steam with medium fire for 15 minutes.
