Anhydrous steamed fish

Ingredients:  
Small yellow croaker 8
Scallion Half root
Ginger A piece
Recipe:  
1.Firstly, wash and dry the small yellow croaker. Put scallion and ginger at the bottom of the pot, as far as possible covered, neatly placed small croaker, then neatly put the small yellow croaker. Sprinkle a little salt, mirin and light soy sauce, then cover the pot and rest for 10 minutes without steaming fish.
