Anhydrous Shallot and Ginger baked perch

Ingredients:

Perch

Shallot 

Ginger 

Salt 

Steamed fish soy sauce

Recipe:

1.Rub salt on the perch and marinade it for 15 minutes

2.Brush a little oil on the pot, and spread shallot and ginger. Then put in the perch, and shop shallot and ginger above the perch.

3.Cover the pot, and bake for 8-10 minutes with  high temperature fire.

4.Pour steamed fish soy sauce and hot oil
