Stewed beef pasta

Ingredients:
·Sirloin meat 1500g
·Penne 300g
·Onion 1 ·Chopped Tomatoes 1 jar
·Potato 2 ·Carrot 1
·Garlic 5 flap
·Thyme 2
·Rosemary 2 ·Dry white wine 1 cup
·Olive oil
·Salt
·Black Peppercorns



Recipe:
1.First, the beef cut into about 3 cm block, and sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on the surface. Onion diced; peeled and chopped tomatoes; potatoes, carrots, cut into chunks; crush garlic; chop the  leaves of  thyme and rosemary.
2.Heat the olive oil in the pan with one tablespoon at a time, heat until slightly smoke add beef fry until fully colored. If you need to batch operation, take out the beef and spare.
3.Take a stew pot and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, use medium fire to heat. Then add onions, garlic cloves, thyme and rosemary stir until the onions become transparent. Add peeled tomatoes and continue to stir fry to evaporate water until it shows a red oil state. Pour wine, dilute the caramel color of the bottom of the pot and stir the volatile alcohol and acidity, then add beef and broth, simmer for 2.5 hours.
4. Shortens cooking time by 2 minutes as indicated in the package, then drained the water and added to the stewed beef pot. As appropriate, add soup to adjust the concentration, and seasoning with salt to enjoy.
