Salted fish chicken tofu pot

Ingredients:

·Hakka tofu 3 ·Salted fish 2
·Chicken Fillet 4(300g)



Seasoning:

·Scallion 1 root
·Ginger 10g
·Garlic 10g
·Rice wine 1 tablespoon
·Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
·Dark soy suace 1/3 tablespoon
·Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
·Sugar 1 tsp
·Starch 1 tsp
·Water Half bowl

Recipe:

1. Wash and drain the tofu, cut it into the same size of the block.
2. Diced washed chicken, soak washed salted fish in water for 15 minutes, then remove bone and cut into diced.
3. Cut scallion, sliced garlic, ginger cut into grain and cut pepper into circle.
4. Pour oil in the pot (more than usual cooking), heat oil until slightly bubbling, add tofu.
5. Fried for a while, turn to small fire fry until all sides slightly yellow.
6. Use remaining oil, put in the half of ginger and stir fry diced salted fish.
7. Then add chicken diced and quickly stir fry with medium fire.
8. Pour oil into cast iron pot, stir fry remaining ginger, garlic and pepper.
9. Put in fried salted fish and chicken diced.
10. Add 1 tbsp rice wine to remove fishy.
11. Then put in the fried tofu.
12. Pour in 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar and half a bowl of water.
13. After stir well, cover the lid and stew with medium to small fire until the sauce will dry.
14. Add the mixed water starch.
15. Stir well, sprinkle with scallion and stew for a while.
