Simple rice porridge

Ingredients:
Rice: Water = 1:10
·Rice 0.025L
·Water 450ml

Rice: Water = 1:5

·Rice 0.05L
·Water 450ml

Rice: Water = 1:3
·Rice 0.05L
·Water 270ml

Recipe:

1.Soak washed rice in water for 30 minutes then drain.
2.Put rice and water into the pot, cover the lid and heat with medium fire.
3.After boiling, stir the bottom of the pot with a with a silicone shovel or wooden shovel. Turn into micro-fire, leaving a gap between the lid and the pot. Stir during this period and cook for 45-50 minutes.
4.Finally, cover the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
