Radish oxtail soup

Ingredients:

·Oxtail 1 ·White radish 1
·Wolfberry 20


Seasoning:


·Star anise 1 ·Bay leah 2
·Old ginger
·Pepper 5
·Vinegar A few drops



Recipe:
1.Wash the oxtail, add it to the pot and pour appropriate amount of water and use the high temperature fire to boil. Skimming off the scum of the pot, until there is no scum. Peeled radish and cut it into pieces, wash the wolfberry and soak it with water.
2.Fish out the oxtail, rinse the water to a clean the scum of surface. Put it into the pot,  and add enough hot water.
3.Add the star anise, bay leah, pepper, ginger, and then dropping a few drops of vinegar。
4.Add all radish block and cover the lid. Boiled it with high temperature and then turn low temperature. Stew it with two and a half to three hours and at the last ten minutes add the wolfberry.

Tips:

* Skimming scum is the key step to remove the smell of oxtail, please be patient to skim all the scums. Meanwhile keep the high fire until there is no longer floating scums.

* Add a little of each seasoning, do not add too much. Otherwise, the flavor of the soup will be covered by the seasoning.

* Because oxtail bones are more, so it should drop a few drops of vinegar. Let the bones of the calcium melt into the soup, easy for the body to absorb calcium.


* Finally, put the salt in a bowl while you drink soup. White radish stew soup with a touch of sweet, and it taste very good.
